Common use of Real Estate Appraisals Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Appraisals. Administrative Agent shall have received appraisals from one or more independent real estate appraisers satisfactory to Administrative Agent, in form, scope and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations, concerning any Closing Date Mortgaged Properties (as defined in subsection 4.1I) located in the United States, in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion.

Real Estate Appraisals. Administrative Agent shall have received appraisals from one or more independent real estate appraisers satisfactory to Administrative Agent, in form, scope and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations, concerning any Closing Date Mortgaged Properties (as defined in subsection 4.1I) located in the United States4.1H), in each case to the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by Administrative Agent in its discretion.

Real Estate Appraisals. The Administrative Agent shall have received appraisals from one or more independent real estate appraisers satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, in form, scope and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and satisfying the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations, concerning any Closing Effective Date Mortgaged Properties listed in clause (as defined in subsection 4.1Ii) located in of SCHEDULE 4.5 to the United Statesextent available prior to the Effective Date and the Borrowers shall use their best efforts to provide the remaining appraisals, in each case to 68 74 the extent required under such laws and regulations as determined by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
