Common use of Real Estate Assets Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Assets. As of the Closing Date, Schedule 4.12 is a complete and correct list of (a) all Real Estate Assets, and (b) all leases, subleases or assignments of leases (together with all amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals or extensions of any thereof) affecting each Real Estate Asset of any Credit Party, regardless of whether such Credit Party is the landlord or tenant (whether directly or as an assignee or successor in interest) under such lease, sublease or assignment.

Real Estate Assets. As of the Closing Date, Schedule 4.12 5.15 is a complete and correct list of (a) all Real Estate Assets, and (b) all leases, subleases or assignments of leases (together with all amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals or extensions of any thereof) affecting each Real Estate Asset of any Credit Loan Party, regardless of whether such Credit Loan Party is the landlord or tenant (whether directly or as an assignee or successor in interest) under such lease, sublease or assignment.

As of the Closing Date, Schedule 4.12 4.13 is a complete and correct list as of the Closing Date of (a) all Real Estate Assets, Assets and (b) all leases, material leases and subleases or assignments of leases (together with all amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals or extensions of any thereof) affecting each Real Estate Asset Asset, in each case of any Credit Party, regardless of whether such Credit Party is the landlord or tenant (whether directly or as an assignee or successor in interest) under such lease, sublease lease or assignmentsublease.
