Xxxxx offers to buy real estate in Xxxxx County, Iowa, described as follows: Tract #1 – 77.19 acres, more or less, all as further described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, hereafter designated the “Real Estate;” provided Buyer, on possession, is permitted to make the following use of the Real Estate: continued agricultural use or leasing thereof.
