Real Estate Licenses. Any license to a portion of a Facility (as defined in Exhibit C) that is required to be granted by J&J in connection with J&J’s provision of a Service hereunder shall be deemed to be granted pursuant to, and in accordance with, the terms set forth in Exhibit C.
