Common use of Real Estate Mortgages and Filings Clause in Contracts

Real Estate Mortgages and Filings. With respect to any Material Real Property acquired by an Issuer or Guarantor after the date hereof which is required to be mortgaged to the Collateral Trustee the following items will be delivered to the Collateral Trustee within 90 days of the date of acquisition:

(a) With respect to any Material Real Property acquired owned by an Issuer or Guarantor after on the date hereof which is required to be mortgaged to the Collateral Trustee Issue Date, the following items will be delivered to the Collateral Trustee within 90 120 days of thereafter (or such longer period as the date of acquisition:Collateral Trustee may agree):
