Real Estate Tax Prorations. Seller shall provide a credit at closing to Purchaser in the amount of the 2024 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2025 (as computed based upon the latest available information from the Moultrie County Assessor’s office). Seller shall pay at or before Closing Date any installments of special assessments that are due and owing prior to the Closing Date. Purchaser shall pay any and all real estate taxes or special assessments due and owing after the Closing Date.
