REAL ESTATE TAXES - Drainage Taxes and Special Assessment. The 2020 real estate taxes, drainage assessment taxes, special assessments due and payable in 2021 were paid. The Seller shall provide a credit at closing to Buyer for 2021 real estate taxes, drainage assessment taxes, special assessments due and payable in 2022, if those amounts have not yet been determined the credit will be based on 100% of the most recent ascertainable tax bills. The 2022 real estate taxes, drainage assessment taxes, special assessments due and payable in 2023, and all subsequent year taxes shall be paid by Buyer.
