Common use of Real Parties in Interest Clause in Contracts

Real Parties in Interest. In executing this Agreement, the Parties warrant and represent that they, including Xx. Xxxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxx, and Xx. Xxxxxx, in their representative capacities on behalf of the Class, are the only persons having any interest in any of the claims that are described or referred to herein, or in any of the pleadings, records, and papers in the Action, and, except as provided herein, neither said claims nor any part thereof have been assigned, granted, or transferred in any way to any other person, firm, or entity.
