Real Property Dedication. Subject to Section 2.2 through Section 2.4, during the Term, Producer dedicates and commits the Dedicated Properties to Midstream Co for performance of the Services pursuant to this Agreement. Except for the Parties’ performance of their obligations under this Agreement, no further performance is required by either Party to effectuate the Real Property Dedication.
