Common use of Real Property Defined Clause in Contracts

Real Property Defined. All real property (including, without limitation, all interests in and rights to real property) and improvements located thereon which are owned or leased by a Business Entity and used exclusively in connection with the Business and included in the Assets (the "Real Property") are described in Schedule 3.1.17(b) of the Disclosure Schedule.
