REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The real property owned by the Merged Partnership and to become the property of the Surviving Partnership at the Effective Time consists of one or more parcels of land known as Curren Terrace Apartments which includes 318 apartments (the "Project"), located in the Borough of Norristown and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described on EXHIBIT C, attached hereto, together and including all buildings and other improvements thereon, including but not limited to, the 318 apartment units, and all rights of the Merged Partnership in and to any and all streets, roads, highways, alleys, driveways, easements and rights-of-way appurtenant thereto (the foregoing are hereafter collectively referred to as the "Property").

The real property owned by the Merged Partnership and to become the property of the Surviving Partnership at the Effective Time consists of one or more parcels of land known as Curren Terrace Chesterfield Apartments which includes 318 apartments 247 apartments, (the "Project"), ) located in the Borough Township of Norristown Middletown and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the "Project") more particularly described on EXHIBIT C, attached hereto, together and including all buildings and other improvements thereon, including but not limited to, the 318 247 apartment units, and all rights of the Merged Partnership in and to any and all streets, roads, highways, alleys, driveways, easements and rights-of-way appurtenant thereto (the foregoing are hereafter collectively referred to as the "Property").

The real property owned by the Merged Partnership and to become the property of the Surviving Partnership at the Effective Time consists of one or more parcels of land known as Curren Terrace Glen Manor Apartments which includes 318 xxxxx xxxxudes 174 apartments (the "Project"), located in the Borough of Norristown Glenolden and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described on EXHIBIT C, attached hereto, together and including all buildings and other improvements thereon, including but not limited to, the 318 174 apartment units, and all rights of the Merged Partnership in and to any and all streets, roads, highways, alleys, driveways, easements and rights-rights- of-way appurtenant thereto (the foregoing are hereafter collectively referred to as the "Property").
