Real Property Law. The provisions of subsection 4 of Section 254 and subsection 2 of Section 271 of the New York Real Property Law covering the insurance of buildings against loss by fire shall not apply to this Mortgage.

Real Property Law. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between the provisions of the Loan Agreement and the provisions of subsection 4 Section 254 or subsection 2 of Section 271 of the New York Real Property Law covering the insurance of buildings against loss by fire, the provisions of the Loan Agreement shall control.
