Real Property Lease Amendments. The Borrower agrees that neither it nor any Subsidiary shall have the right or power, as against the Administrative Agent and the Lenders without the consent of the Administrative Agent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed as provided herein), to cancel, abridge, amend or otherwise modify any Real Property Lease unless such modification complies with this Section 7.18.
