Common use of Real Property Permits and Insurance Clause in Contracts

Real Property Permits and Insurance. All certificates of occupancy, permits, licenses, franchises, approvals and authorizations (collectively, "Real Property Permits") of all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Real Property, required or appropriate to have been issued to Seller to enable the Real Property to be lawfully occupied and used for all of the purposes for which it is currently occupied and used have been lawfully issued and are, as of the date hereof, in full force and effect.
