Real Property Taxes; Special Assessments. There are no unpaid or outstanding real estate or other taxes or assessments on or against such Property or any part thereof (except only real estate taxes not yet due and payable). There are no betterment assessments or other special assessments presently pending with respect to any portion of such Property and no Borrower or Guarantor has received any notice of any such special assessment being contemplated.

Real Property Taxes; Special Assessments. There are no unpaid or outstanding real estate or other taxes or assessments on or against such any Property or any part thereof which are payable by any Borrower (except only real estate taxes not yet due and payable). Borrowers' Agent has delivered to Agent true and correct copies of real estate tax bills for each Property for the past three fiscal years. There are no betterment assessments or other special assessments presently pending with respect to any portion of such any Property and no Borrower or Guarantor has received any notice of any such special assessment being contemplated.
