Real Property Taxes; Special Assessments. Based on the Title Policies, there are no unpaid or outstanding real estate or other taxes or assessments on or against the Mortgaged Properties or any part thereof which are payable by Borrower or tenants (except only real estate taxes and assessments not yet due and payable). Except as disclosed on the Title Policies, and to the Borrower's knowledge there are no betterment assessments or other special assessments presently pending with respect to any portion of the Mortgaged Properties, and Borrower has received no notice of any such special assessment being contemplated.
