Real Property Transfer Taxes. TOGI shall pay the real property transfer taxes, if any, the costs of escrow and all recording costs incurred in closing of the Option. The parties acknowledge that there are presently no real property transfer taxes assessed on the transfer of title to unpatented mining claims, including the unpatented mining claims which constitute the Property.
