REALIGNMENT OR REDUCTION. a) In the event that the Company declares a realignment or reduction affecting employees, the Union and Local Union will be notified in advance of the realignment or reduction taking effect and given the opportunity to review and provide its input to the Company in connection with the realignment or reduction.
