Realization on Agreements. Nothing in Section 8.1 or elsewhere in this Debenture shall be construed as limiting the rights of the Holder or any Receiver to rely upon provisions in any agreement or instrument subject to the lien hereof where such provisions are more favourable to the Holder or a Receiver than those contained herein (notwithstanding any inconsistency herewith), nor as requiring the Holder or any Receiver to comply with any restrictions of the nature referred to in Section 8.1 in connection with any realization on the Mortgaged Property where such compliance is not otherwise required by the law relating to realization of security.
