Realization upon Financed Student Loans. The Issuer shall cause the Master Servicer and Subservicers to use reasonable efforts consistent with customary servicing practices and procedures and subject to the Master Servicing Agreement and the Subservicing Agreements, including all efforts that may be specified under any applicable Student Loan Guaranty Agreement (or, in the case of TuitionGard, the TuitionGard Policy) and, with respect to Federal Student Loans, the Higher Education Act, in its servicing of any delinquent Financed Student Loans.
