Realization upon Trust Student Loans. For the benefit of the Issuer, the Servicer shall use reasonable efforts consistent with its servicing practices and procedures that it utilizes with respect to comparable student loans that it services on behalf of the Student Loan Marketing Association and including all efforts that may be specified under the Higher Education Act or any Guarantee Agreement in its servicing of any delinquent Trust Student Loans.
