REALLOCATION A. In the event a position is reallocated to a classification with a higher pay range, the rate of the reallocated employee shall be increased to that step in the new pay range next above his rate of pay prior to reallocation. The effective date of the reallocation shall be used to establish a new eligibility date, which shall be one (1) year from the date of the reallocation.
