Reallocation for System Limitation or Inability to Service. If the Servicer, in its sole discretion, determines that as a result of a receivables systems error or receivables systems limitation or for any other reason the Servicer is unable to service a Lease according to the Servicing Procedures and the terms of this Supplement and the Servicing Agreement, the Servicer may reallocate the Lease and Leased Vehicle to the Revolving Facility Pool.
