Reallocation of Bid Loan Sublimits. Prologis may, from time to time during the Availability Period, by written notice to U.S. Funding Agent and Euro Funding Agent (a “Bid Loan Reallocation Notice”), (a) increase the U.S. Bid Loan Sublimit with a corresponding reduction of the Euro Bid Loan Sublimit or (b) increase the Euro Bid Loan Sublimit with a corresponding reduction of the U.S. Bid Loan Sublimit, in each case, subject to the following conditions:
