Common use of Reallocation of Line Space Clause in Contracts

Reallocation of Line Space. Landlord may (but shall not have the obligation to) (a) install and relocate Lines at the Building; and (b) monitor and control the installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of, the allocation and periodic re-allocation of available space (if any) for, and the allocation of excess capacity (if any) on, any Lines now or hereafter installed at the Building by Landlord, Tenant or any other party.

Landlord may (but shall not have the obligation to) (a) install and relocate Lines at the Building; and (b) monitor and control the installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of, the allocation and periodic re-allocation reallocation of available space (if any) for, and the allocation of excess capacity (if any) on, any Lines now or hereafter installed at the Building by Landlord, Tenant or any other party.

Landlord shall undertake such activities in a reasonable manner so as to minimize interference with Tenant’s business.
