Reallocation of Participant Accounts. The Contractholder, in accordance with Plan provisions, may direct AUL to reallocate all or a portion of the Account Value of any Participant Account among other Participant Accounts. The Contractholder shall certify that such reallocation is in accordance with Plan provisions.
