Common use of REALSOURCE REGISTRATION Clause in Contracts

REALSOURCE REGISTRATION. This Contract shall result in a purchase order or purchase orders issued via VCU’s source-to-pay platform, RealSource. Registration is free, and registered vendors shall have access to purchase order, invoice, and payment information. Contractor is responsible for the security of its RealSource portal account, including restricting access to it, maintaining the confidentiality of login information, and taking any other actions necessary to protect the security of the Contractor’s account. VCU will not be responsible for a third party’s fraudulent collection of VCU payments due to the Contractor’s failure to update or protect its account information. If this is a cooperative procurement, this clause shall apply to orders placed by VCU only.
