Reapplication Post Termination. In the Event this VAR Agreement is terminated or VAR loses one or more product authorizations for any reason, VAR may not reapply for any Autodesk Channel Partner program, including any then existing VAR program, for a minimum of six (6) months after the effective date of the termination. Nothing herein shall require Autodesk to consider VAR for any Autodesk Channel Partner program.
