Reasonable Accommodation and Modification Policy. Reasonable Accommodation: The application process should provide information about how an applicant may make a reasonable accommodation request. At any stage in the admission process, an applicant may request a reasonable accommodation, if the applicant has a disability and as a result of the disability needs a modification of the provider’s rules, policies or practices, including a change in the way that the housing provider communicates with or provides information to the applicant that would give the applicant an equal chance to be selected by the housing provider to live in the unit.
