Reasonable and Continuing Obligations. Executive agrees that Executive's obligations under this ss. 5 are obligations which will continue beyond the date Executive's employment terminates and that such obligations are reasonable and necessary to protect PracticeWorks' legitimate business interests. PracticeWorks in addition shall have the right to take such other action as PracticeWorks deems necessary or appropriate to compel compliance with the provisions of this ss. 5.
