Reasonable Commercial Efforts to Settle Disputes. If any controversy, dispute, claim, question or difference (a “Dispute”) arises with respect to this Agreement or its performance, enforcement, breach, termination or validity, the Parties to the Dispute will use all commercially reasonable efforts to settle the Dispute. To this end, they will consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and understanding of their mutual interests to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to all such Parties.
