Common use of Reasonable Commercial Efforts Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Commercial Efforts. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Seller agrees to use its reasonable commercial efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary under Applicable Laws to permit consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby as promptly as practicable and otherwise enable consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby, including satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8 hereof.

Reasonable Commercial Efforts. Subject to the terms of this ------------------------------- Agreement, the Seller agrees to use its reasonable commercial efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary under Applicable applicable Laws to permit consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and by the other Documents as promptly as practicable and otherwise enable consummation of the transaction transactions contemplated herebyhereby and thereby, including satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8 7.1 hereof.

Reasonable Commercial Efforts. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Seller agrees agrees, at its sole expense, to use its reasonable commercial efforts in good faith to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary under Applicable Laws to permit consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and by the other Transaction Documents as promptly as practicable and otherwise enable consummation of the transaction transactions contemplated hereby, including satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8 Article 10 hereof, and shall cooperate fully with Buyer to that end.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Seller Buyer agrees to use its reasonable commercial efforts in good faith to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary under Applicable Laws to permit consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and by the Transaction Documents as promptly as practicable and otherwise enable consummation of the transaction transactions contemplated hereby, including satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8 Article 10 hereof, and shall cooperate fully with Seller to that end.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Seller Buyer agrees to use its all reasonable commercial efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actions, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary under Applicable Laws to permit consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby as promptly as practicable and otherwise enable consummation of the transaction transactions contemplated hereby, including satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8 9 hereof.

Reasonable Commercial Efforts. Subject Upon the terms and subject to the terms conditions of this Agreement, the Seller agrees to will use its reasonable commercial efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all actionsaction, and to do, or cause to be done, all things necessary under Applicable Laws necessary, proper or advisable consistent with applicable law to permit consummation of consummate and make effective in the most practicable manner the transactions contemplated hereby as promptly as practicable and otherwise enable consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby, including satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 8 hereof.
