Common use of Reasonable Consent Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Consent. (a) Prior to any proposed Transfer, Tenant shall submit in writing to Landlord (i) the name and legal composition of the proposed assignee, subtenant, user or other transferee (each a “Proposed Transferee”); (ii) the nature of the business proposed to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) a current balance sheet, income statements for the last two years and such other reasonable financial and other information concerning the Proposed Transferee as Landlord may request; and (iv) a copy of the proposed assignment, sublease or other agreement governing the proposed Transfer. Within fifteen (15) Business Days after Landlord receives all such information it shall notify Tenant whether it approves or disapproves such Transfer or if it elects to proceed under Section 14.7 -
