Common use of Reasonable Consent Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Consent. If Tenant complies with the following conditions, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to the subletting of the Premises or any portion thereof or the assignment of this Lease. Tenant shall submit in writing to Landlord (1) the name and legal composition or the proposed subtenant or assignee; (ii) the nature of the business proposed to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions or the proposed sublease, (iv) such reasonable financial information as Landlord may request concerning the proposed subtenant or assignee.
