Reasonable Consent. If Tenant complies with the following conditions, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to the subletting of the premises or any portion thereof. Tenant shall submit in writing to Landlord: (a) the name, and legal composition of the proposed subtenant; (b) the nature of the proposed subtenant's business to be carried on in the premises; (c) the terms and provisions of the proposed sublease; (d) such reasonable financial information as Landlord may request concerning the proposed subtenant.
