Reasonable Efforts to Perform and Notice. When the performance of either Party under this Agreement is hindered by an event of Force Majeure, that Party shall make all reasonable efforts to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and shall promptly notify the other Party and any affected Transmission Customers, if appropriate, of the commencement and end of each event of Force Majeure in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents.
