Common use of Reasonable Efforts to Provide Utilities Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Efforts to Provide Utilities. To the extent the services described in Section 3.1.1 require electricity, gas, and water supplied by public utilities, Landlord's covenants thereunder shall only impose on Landlord the obligation to use reasonable and good faith efforts to cause the applicable public utilities to furnish the same. Landlord does not warrant that such utilities will be free from any irregularity or stoppage of service by such public utilities or other causes beyond Landlord's control.
