Reasonable Extensions. Without further order of this Court, the Parties may agree to reasonable extensions of time to carry out any of the provisions of the Agreement.

Reasonable Extensions. The Parties may agree in writing to reasonable extensions of time to carry out any of the provisions of the Agreement, subject to approval by the Court if required.

  • Renewals and Extensions All provisions of this Agreement relating to the Note shall apply with equal force and effect to each and all promissory notes hereafter executed which in whole or in part represent a renewal, extension, amendment, modification or rearrangement of any part of the Indebtedness originally represented by the Note.

  • Extensions If a Registry Operator offers additional Registry Services that require submission of additional data, not included above, additional “extension schemas” shall be defined in a case by case basis to represent that data.
