Common use of Reasonable Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Interpretation. The obligations of MSRC and Covered Entity under this Section 3.06 are not intended to hold the parties to a standard that would be unreasonable under the actual conditions of a particular Discharge or threat of Discharge and the inherent difficulties and danger of emergency response. All MSRC and Covered Entity actions carried out consistently with the directions of the FOSC or SOSC, or with approval of applicable safety officials, will be deemed to be in compliance with this Section 3.06.
