Reasonable Need to Know. In addition to the foregoing, NDD and CMS may disclose the Confidential Information of the other party to those Third Parties who have a reasonable need for the Confidential Information in the performance of their services in connection with the matters set forth in this Agreement; who are informed of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information; and who are bound not to disclose such Confidential Information.
