Reasonable Restrictions; Review. Executive acknowledges that the scope of prohibited activities, remedies, and time duration of the provisions of this Agreement are reasonable, and are no broader than are necessary to maintain the confidentiality of the Trade Secrets, Confidential Information and the goodwill associated with the business of Employer. Executive acknowledges that he has read and understood the provisions of this Agreement, has been given an opportunity for his legal counsel to review this Agreement, and has received a copy of this Agreement.
