Common use of Reasonable Satisfaction Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Satisfaction. The form and substance of all certificates, notices, actions, and documents required to consummate the transactions contemplated hereunder shall have been reasonably satisfactory to Buyer and its counsel, and Buyer shall have completed its review of Company’s books and records and shall be reasonably satisfied that the Company is auditable in a timely fashion in Buyer’s sole discretion.

Reasonable Satisfaction. The form and substance of all certificates, notices, actions, and documents required to consummate the transactions contemplated hereunder shall have been reasonably satisfactory to Buyer Sellers and its counsel, and Buyer Sellers shall have completed its review his analysis of Company’s books and records and a partial disposition of the Purchase Price to Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, which disposition as determined by Sellers in his sole discretion Buyer shall be reasonably satisfied that the Company is auditable in a timely fashion in Buyer’s sole discretionobligated to approve.
