Reasonable Steps and Efforts. The Vendor shall take all reasonable steps and use its reasonable efforts to fulfil of each of the Conditions Precedent set out in Clause 4.1.1 and the Purchasers shall take all reasonable steps and use their reasonable efforts to fulfil each of the Conditions Precedent set out in Clause 4.1.
