Reasonable Steps to Mitigate. Each Indemnified Party will take, at the Indemnifying Party’s own reasonable cost and expense, all reasonable commercial steps identified by Indemnifying Party to the Indemnified Parties to mitigate all Indemnified Costs (other than any such Indemnified Costs that are Taxes), which steps may include availing itself of any defenses, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at law or equity. The Indemnified Parties will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the Indemnified Costs as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnifying Party.
Reasonable Steps to Mitigate. Each Indemnified Party shall take all commercially reasonable steps to mitigate all Losses relating to a claim, including availing itself of any defenses, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at Law or equity, and shall provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the claim as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnitor.
Reasonable Steps to Mitigate. The Indemnified Party will take all reasonable steps to mitigate all Losses, including availing itself of any defences, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at law or equity, and will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the Loss as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnifier. The Indemnified Party’s reasonable steps include the reasonable expenditure of money to mitigate or otherwise reduce or eliminate any Loss for which indemnification would otherwise be due under this Article 10, and the Indemnifier will reimburse the Indemnified Party for the Indemnified Party’s reasonable expenditures in undertaking the mitigation of such Losses.

Each of the Indemnified Parties will take, at the Indemnifying Party’s cost and expense, all reasonable commercial steps identified by the Indemnifying Party to mitigate its Purchaser Indemnified Costs or Seller Indemnified Costs, as the case may be, which steps may include availing itself of any defenses, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at law or equity. The Indemnified Parties will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of its Purchaser Indemnified Costs or Seller Indemnified Costs, as the case may be, as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnifying Party.

The Indemnitee will take all reasonable steps to mitigate all Losses relating to an Indemnifiable Claim, including availing itself of any defenses, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at law or equity, and will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the Indemnifiable Claim as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnitor. The Indemnitee's reasonable steps include the reasonable expenditure of money to mitigate or otherwise reduce or eliminate any Loss for which indemnification would otherwise be due under this ARTICLE 8, and the Indemnitor will reimburse the Indemnitee for the Indemnitee's reasonable expenditures in undertaking the mitigation, together with interest thereon from the date of payment to the date of repayment at a variable rate of interest equal to the "prime rate" as published in The Wall Street Journal from time to time during the applicable period.

The Indemnitee will take all reasonable steps to mitigate all losses, damages and the like relating to an Indemnifiable Claim, including availing itself of any defenses, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at law or equity, and will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the Indemnifiable Claim as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnitor. The Indemnitee’s reasonable steps include the reasonable expenditure of money to mitigate or otherwise reduce or eliminate any loss or expense for which indemnification would otherwise be due under this Article 7, and the Indemnitor will reimburse the Indemnitee for the Indemnitee’s reasonable expenditures in undertaking the mitigation, together with, interest thereon from the date of payment to the date of repayment at the “prime rate” as published in The Wall Street Journal, Eastern Edition.

The Indemnified Party will take commercially reasonable steps to mitigate all Damages, including, including availing itself of any defences, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third persons, and other rights at law or equity and will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the Damages as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnifying Party and in determining the amount of any Damages, reasonable mitigation will be taken into account.
Reasonable Steps to Mitigate. Except for Third Party Claims for which the Indemnifying Party assumes control of the negotiation settlement or defence pursuant to section 8.10, the Indemnified Party will take commercially reasonable steps to mitigate all Losses, including availing itself of any defences, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third persons, and other rights at law or equity and will provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the Loss as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnifying Party and in determining the amount of any Loss, reasonable mitigation will be taken into account.
9.1 Termination
Reasonable Steps to Mitigate. The Indemnitee's reasonable steps include the reasonable expenditure of money to mitigate or otherwise reduce or eliminate any loss or expense for which indemnification would otherwise be due under this ARTICLE 6 (Indemnification), and the Indemnitor will reimburse the --------- Indemnitee for the Indemnitee's reasonable expenditures in undertaking the mitigation.
