Reasonableness and Specific Performance. 16.3.1 Each of the parties confirms that it has received independent legal advice relating to all the matters provided for in the Transaction Documents, including the terms of Clause 13 and Clause 16.2. 16.3.2 The parties agree that if the provisions of Clause 13 and Clause 15.2 were not performed in accordance with their specific terms or were otherwise breached, irreparable damage might occur, no adequate remedy at law would exist and damages would be difficult to determine, and that the parties shall be entitled to seek the remedies of specific performance of the terms of this Agreement or injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedy at law or equity.
