Common use of Reasonableness; Extraordinary Remedies Clause in Contracts

Reasonableness; Extraordinary Remedies. The Executive agrees that the covenants in this Section 7 are reasonable with respect to their duration and scope. If, at the time of enforcement of this Section 7, a court holds that the restrictions stated herein are unreasonable under the circumstances then existing, the parties hereto agree that the maximum period or scope legally permissible under such circumstances will be substituted for the period or scope stated herein. In the event of a breach of the Executive's covenants in this Section 7, it is understood and agreed that NFP shall be entitled to injunctive relief as well as other applicable remedies at law or in equity available to NFP against the Executive or others.
