Employee agrees that the promises made in this Agreement are reasonable and necessary for protection of the Company's legitimate business interests, including but not limited to, its trade secrets; Confidential Information; existing and specific prospective customer relationships; productive and competent workforce; and undisrupted workplace. Employee further agrees that prior to signing this Agreement, he has been provided a reasonable time to review the Agreement and an opportunity to consult separate counsel concerning the terms of this Agreement.
