Common use of Reasonableness of Terms Clause in Contracts

Reasonableness of Terms. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the restrictive covenants contained in this Agreement restrict Employee from engaging in activities for a competitive purpose and are reasonably necessary to protect Company’s legitimate interests in Confidential Information, Inventions, and goodwill. Additionally, Employee acknowledges and agrees that the restrictive covenants are reasonable in all respects, including, but not limited to, temporal duration, scope of prohibited activities and geographic area. Employee further acknowledges and agrees that the restrictive covenants set forth in this Agreement will not pose any hardship on Employee and that Employee will reasonably be able to earn an equivalent livelihood without violating any provision of this Agreement.

Employee further acknowledges and agrees that the restrictive covenants set forth in this Agreement will not pose any hardship on Employee and that Employee will reasonably be able to earn an equivalent livelihood without violating any provision of this Agreement.
