Reasonableness of this Clause. Each party to this Agreement confirms it has received independent legal advice relating to all the matters provided for in this Agreement, including the provisions of this Clause 10, and agrees, having considered the terms of this Clause 10 and the Agreement as a whole, that the provisions of this Clause 10 are fair and reasonable.
