Reasons for Increase in Security Amount. The Plan Sponsor and Plan Administrator acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, BCBSNC may increase the Security Amount to an amount greater than the amount defined in Section A.1 above in any of the following circumstances: a. The invoice amount pursuant to the Section below entitled “Determination and Periodic Payment of Group Health Plan Expenses” increases. b. The Plan Sponsor is delinquent in funding amounts necessary to pay the Total Balance Funding Liability or Miscellaneous Fees due under this Agreement.
