Common use of Reassessments Clause in Contracts

There is not now pending nor to the knowledge of the Majority Shareholders contemplated any reassessment of any parcel included in the Real Property that could result in a change in the rent, additional rent or other sums and charges payable by the Company under any agreement relating to the Real Property.
