Common use of Reassessments Clause in Contracts

There is not now pending nor, to the Knowledge of the Company, contemplated any reassessment of any parcel included in the Real Property which would result in a change in the rent, additional rent or other sums and charges payable by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any agreement relating to the Real Property or otherwise.
